For IT & security
Enable AI inside the bank without opening holes.
Hickory tokenizes PII and NPI before any model sees a request, fails closed if it can’t, logs every call, and never trains on your data. One governed front door instead of a hundred blocked URLs.
01
PII and NPI never reach the model
Sensitive data is detected and tokenized at a network boundary, not in application code someone can forget to call. The model sees typed tokens, never values. If the guard can’t run, the request fails instead of degrading. Card data and SSNs are vaulted; the application itself cannot detokenize them.
02
The real answer to shadow AI
You can block ChatGPT at the firewall, but your vendors are switching AI on for you: Slack, Atlassian, your core. People will use AI either way. Give them one sanctioned tool that’s better than what they’re sneaking, with an audit trail of every interaction.
“You block ChatGPT and a month later Slack enables AI for you. They’re using it in some form. They don’t even know yet.”
03
Built to pass your vendor review
Answer the four questions up front, on the page: where the data lives (single-tenant, isolated, no cross-customer sharing), whether it trains the model (never, contractually), what’s logged (every model call, with no request content in the audit table), and certifications (SOC 2, vendor packet ready). And when your examiners ask, we sit across the exam table with you.
